Guest speaker: Jill from Jill’s Fibres
Jill spoke to us about her fibre journey. Jill is a fibre artist, hand dyer and supporter of the Vancouver Island Fibreshed. She is a master spinner and focuses on wool, mohair and other fibres produced on Vancouver Island and the Islands.
As an independent business woman, Jill sells her yarn and fibre at various fibre events. Jill brought samples of her products to show us and they were available for purchase if anyone wished to shop.
Jill has such a history! It has been a very interesting presentation.
