Big Challenge Show&Tell

A few months ago, our members got a magazine clipping at random. Their challenge was to create a work using the colors illulstrated in the image they got. The election of the winners was made by a secret vote of the members. Congratulations to the winners and a big thank you to all those who participated in the challenge.

Prizes coming from Good Decade in Sidney BC were given to the winners.

Two members were voted for first place

Marie-José did a Dorset Button. The one shown here is known as a Dorset Daisy (bouquet of flowers).

Marilyn knitted a sweather

Denise knitted a felted bag using different stranded knitting patterns

Many members participated to the challenge. 

Wendy wove fabric which will probably become tea towels

Helen spinned and knitted according to the image she got
