Happy Hooking at the Guild

Rug hooked in traditional method by Dianne
Rosalie Williams and Dianne Cross led the DCWS in a session on Locker Hooking.  The ladies showed us examples of traditional rug hooking, latch hooking and locker hooking.  Explained the  different techniques and utensils used in hooking and gave us an opportunity to get hands on with a project in locker hooking.  The title of their presentation was 'Happy Hooking' and it was apparent this activity does indeed promote happiness!

Materials provided for our locker hooking projects were rovings or strips of fabric, which we hooked onto small squares of mesh.
